Service & Benevolence Ministry
Our Mission
The Service and Benevolence Ministry exists to share the love of Jesus by meeting practical needs both locally and globally. Through this ministry, we support missionaries, care for those facing hardship, and provide opportunities for our church family to serve others in meaningful ways.
What We Do
This ministry serves people through prayer, giving, and hands-on service. We respond to needs within our church family and community by offering help during times of illness, loss, financial hardship, and crisis. We also organize service projects that allow individuals and groups to put their faith into action.
Missions & Outreach
We partner with mission organizations to help spread the gospel around the world and dedicate a portion of our church offerings to support these efforts. We provide regular updates and opportunities for involvement through church services, special mission moments, and outreach projects.
Local Benevolence & Care
Locally, this ministry helps individuals and families during difficult seasons by organizing meal support, offering assistance with basic needs, and coordinating service projects such as home repairs, food delivery, and disaster response. These efforts allow us to serve widows, families in crisis, and those in need within our community.
Special & Seasonal Projects
Throughout the year, the Service and Benevolence Ministry leads special outreach efforts including food drives, pregnancy care center support, youth meal programs, Operation Christmas Child, and child sponsorship opportunities. These projects give our church family practical ways to serve and show compassion in every season.
Ways to Serve
This ministry is made up of people with a heart for service, compassion, and generosity. Volunteers can serve by preparing meals, helping with service projects, assisting with outreach events, giving financially, or praying for those in need. Everyone has a role to play in showing Christ’s love in action.
